Josh Hollis has worked in the agriculture and dairy industry for over a decade and has experience in every aspect of the business. His knowledge of pasture based systems has been developed from his time in New Zealand and is refined and adapted to suit the coastal California landscape while integrating the principles of regenerative agriculture. By incorporating these principles into your operation, Josh is able to secure family farming for future generations.

Regenerative Agriculture
Our philosophy focuses on incorporating the principles of Regenerative Agriculture:

- Limit Chemical and Mechanical Disturbances to Soil
- Keep Living Roots as Long as Possible
- Incorporate Livestock (where possible)
In keeping with the five principles of Regenerative Agriculture, we also offer complete pasture management. This is Josh's personal passion, improving soil health to create diverse ecosystems. Diversity involves bringing in pollinators to help native species flourish and fostering environments for natural predators to perform pest control.
We can provide a detailed pasture management plan that incorporates:
